  • All orders are processed within 1–3 working days.
  • Orders are not shipped on Sundays or public holidays.
  • If we experience a high order volume, shipping may be delayed by 1–2 days.

2. Shipping Time

Estimated delivery time after dispatch:

  • Metro Cities: 2–4 working days
  • Other Cities: 3–7 working days
  • Remote Areas: 7–10 working days

These timelines are estimates and may vary due to logistics, weather, or courier delays.

3. Shipping Partners

We work with trusted courier partners to deliver your products safely and on time.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout.
  • COD orders may include additional processing fees.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, a tracking link will be sent via:

  • SMS

You can track your order status anytime using the provided link.

6. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for:

  • Delays due to incorrect address
  • Failed deliveries due to unreachable customer

7. Delayed or Lost Shipment

Although rare, courier delays or lost parcels may occur. In such cases, we will work with the courier company to resolve the issue.

8. Damaged Packages

If your parcel arrives damaged, please record an unboxing video and contact us immediately. This helps us assist you better.

9. International Shipping

Currently, we ship only within India. International shipping will be added soon.
