Cancellation Policy

At Royal Fashions, we aim to provide a smooth and reliable shopping experience. Please read our cancellation terms carefully before placing an order.
1. Order Cancellation by Customer
You may request to cancel your order only before it has been shipped. Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.
To cancel your order:
- Contact us immediately via WhatsApp or Email
- Share your Order ID
- Request must be made before shipment
2. Cancellation After Shipping
Orders cannot be cancelled after shipping. If you no longer want the product after dispatch, it will be treated as a normal delivery and cannot be returned unless:
- Wrong product was delivered
- The product is damaged
- The product has a manufacturing defect
These cases require a mandatory unboxing video for support.
3. Refund for Cancelled Orders
If your cancellation request is approved before shipping:
- Refunds will be processed within 3–7 business days.
- The amount will be credited to the original payment method.
4. Cancellation by Royal Fashions
We reserve the right to cancel an order under the following conditions:
- Product out of stock
- Payment issues or incomplete transaction
- Incorrect or incomplete address provided
- Fraudulent or suspicious activity detected
In such cases, the customer will be notified and a full refund will be processed.
5. Modification of Orders
Once an order is placed, modifications such as changing product, color, or quantity are possible only if the order has not yet been shipped.
