Refund & Returns Policy

At Royal Fashions, we value customer satisfaction and ensure every product is carefully checked before shipping. To maintain transparency, please review our return and refund policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • You received a wrong product
  • The product is damaged
  • The product has a manufacturing defect

We do NOT accept returns for:

  • Color variations due to lighting or screen brightness
  • Change of mind or dislike after receiving
  • Size issues (unless we sent the wrong size)
  • Products that have been worn, washed, or used

2. Return Request Time

You must raise a return or replacement request within 24 hours of delivery. Requests after 24 hours will not be accepted.

3. Mandatory Unboxing Video

A clear unboxing video from start to end is mandatory for return approval. The video must show:

  • Parcel opening
  • Product condition
  • Invoice details
  • Defects or issues (if any)

Edited or cut videos will not be accepted.

4. Return Process

  • Contact us within 24 hours via WhatsApp or Email
  • Share your order number
  • Send the unboxing video
  • Our team will review the issue
  • If approved, return instructions will be shared

5. Replacement Policy

If your return is approved, a replacement will be shipped free of cost. If the product is unavailable, we will offer store credit or a refund.

6. Refund Policy

Refunds are provided only in the following cases:

  • Wrong product received
  • Damaged or defective product
  • Product unavailable for replacement

Refund Time: 3–7 working days after return approval and inspection.

7. Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or altered products
  • Items bought during clearance or sale
  • Products without original tags
  • Items without proper unboxing video

8. Exchange Policy

We do not offer exchanges unless a wrong or defective product is received.

9. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before shipment. Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed.
